Exceptional

Liked: The house was warm and cozy and every amenity was available. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Robert is an excellent host!

Liked: Breakfast was very good. But having an established time for Breakfast doesn't work if you have to leave early. But all the extras like pop, popcorn, cookies made up for it!
Disliked: Having a place to iron.

Definitely would recommend

Liked: Loved the comfortable bed, cozy home atmosphere and delicious breakfasts made by Robert!!
Disliked: Some road noise due to the location that I didn't realize but tolerable.

VERY CLEAN & DELIGHTFUL

Liked: Immaculately clean. Beautiful house. Great food. Lovely living room and sitting room. So much nicer than a hotel. Room was delightful.
Disliked: Staff was beyond efficient and accommodating - but not engaging or personable in the least. Not a complaint - it just would have been nice to have even a brief conversation with them. They were like very efficient robots.

It was a good value, and had some great qualities.

Liked: It was spotless, cozy, and well maintained.
Disliked: My comment targets improvement of breakfast. Breakfast was creative and tasty but could be improved to include choices. It was one set meal, no choices are a bit of a turn off for those who are traditional eaters. Though I enjoyed it, my husband didnt care to much for it. Also, time of eating was not flexible enough. A bigger window of time would be better. When people are on vacation, they often do not want to be held to a tight schedule as far as waking for breakfast.
