Great stay in 2 Queen...

Liked: Very convenient to the activities we needed/wanted to do. We arrived a little early but the staff graciously allowed us to wait in the lobby and even allowed us to check in when the room was ready. Super nice staff. Room was clean and comfortable. I liked the seating arrangement as many hotels are not set up to see the TV from the couch. The kitchenette would have been useful if we had a longer stay, it was nice to have the larger refrigerator. The layout was a bit different for a suite but I liked it.

Liked: When we arrived I asked for a room on the first floor and there were no issues accommodating my request. In fact the room was fantastic. It was near the front entrance, and the breakfast area, which made it easy for my husband since he doesn't do well with a lot of walking.
Disliked: The breakfast was a little scarce. I gathered that an airline crew had just come through about 30 minutes before we got to the area. The replenishment turnaround was slow. But, we found enough to get us going for the day.

Liked: The breakfast at this location was good. There was a lot of items to choose from and the quantity offered was good. The choice of coffee and juice was good.
Disliked: The diverter valve on the shower would not work, so I was unable to take a shower. Since it was morning before I used the shower and I had a business meeting early in the morning I did not have time to make any other arrangements for a shower. It is hard to believe that management did not know about this problem as I think most people shower rather and use the bath tub.

A convenient and comfortable place...

Liked: Breakfast was good, coffee was excellent. Bed was great, lots of nice amenities, stove top, large refrig, balcony...most of which we didn't use. Very convenient location.

Will never stay there again!

Liked: It was close to where we were going to be.
Disliked: Breakfast was very unorganized. Served from 6-9. Day one, no food at 8:00. Day 2, breakfast was cold - warmers not plugged in at 8:00. Day 3, no silverware at 8:00. Staff not very on top of things. Decided to ditch hotel breakfast for remainder of 6 night stay. Also, no shampoo, drinking cups or ice bucket in the room. Queen room not set up for 2 people, no night stand or light on other side of bed and bed was only 6” from HVAC unit making it very difficult to get to other side of bed. Stayed at this property two years ago under Mainstays name and service was excellent. Truly just “affordable”. If they don’t provide amenities such as shampoo, conditioner or adequate sized soap, their website should say as we had to go purchase when we got there.
