Liked: Big room and bathroom but bit weary need a renovation for the amount of money spend

It is a good stay

Liked: The hotel is in the perimeter of ZTL and is easily accessible to Trams for the attractions. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. When we forgot my son’s gift (from his teacher), the team identified it immediately from the room and was ready to ship to us, even though we went to pickup in person!
Disliked: The parking garage is in underground and is narrow which needs careful maneuvering.

Disliked: To get the bad isolated room in the ground floor behind the bar.To pay a very high price for a room where you can not sleep till 1.30am in the night because the music is so loud feels to be ripped off.

Noisy rooms and unpleasant stay

Liked: Modern esthetic rooms
Disliked: Our room was on the ground floor, directly behind the bar, resulting in loud music playing late into the night. When we raised the issue, the hotel reception admitted that this was a very common problem but offered no help. We were given a partial refund, but it didn’t make up for the disrupted sleep and the inconvenience. Overall disappointing experience.

Liked: Breakfast was nice, staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel seems like it needs some TLC. The first junior suite we were offered was shabby and overlooked a shabby area of the hotel.The 2nd junior suite (room 15) was a nice size and comfy bed, but the bathroom was tired and unfinished, the shower flooded the bathroom and so wasn't a great break in this hotel at all.
