Disappointing

Liked: I liked it was in the airport.
Disliked: Room was tiny. For the price in future id stay in a comfortable hotel and taxi to airport.We were locked out of our room from 5.30am to 7am when we left the room to get coffee. Key wouldnt work and reception unmanned between 23.09 to 7.00.

Disliked: The room wasn’t very clean and for the money paid for a tiny space, you would at least expect cleanliness. Avoid the Premier lounge, complete rip off. $25 per person for 2 hours access, meant to have hot food, finger food and alcoholic drinks. No hot food, finger food was fossilised as it had been there so long, 1 type of beer, low alcohol, terrible red wine, again 1 only, the bubbles were ok. No refund when we left after 15 minutes and complained to reception. Customer service contacted us for follow up and then nothing, so who knows.

Convenient Location

Liked: Such a convenient location after a long haul flight and don't want the hassle of dealing with transfers. The room has the basic amenities but with a modern touch, thoughtful layout and clean. Breakfast being included is an added bonus.

Disliked: the beds how the person on the wall had to climb over the other

Just what was needed after...

Liked: I liked the location. I was unsure about how to order anything. I'll know better next time. I will use Aerohotel again
Disliked: I couldnot work the hot water for a cup of tea

This was an overnight airport...

Liked: Food cold though we had breakfast within the time available.
Disliked: TV did not work
