Excellent location and peaceful rooms.

Liked: Excellent location and very peaceful sleep on a soft bed. Bedroom was well equipped with lovely shower gels/shampoo.
Disliked: Only thing to point out is this is a hotel with no windows so can feel claustrophobic perhaps.

Small rooms but good location...

Liked: Great hotel if you are flying from T3 but if you are at T2 then you have a good 15 minute walk to get to it. You have to head to the tube and you walk via the underground to the tube etc but was a bit miffed that this wasn't made clear at terminal 2 and we had to ask for guidance to start finding the signs for it. The rooms are really small, much smaller than the photos but as it was just to sleep in that wasn't a major issue. The staff were friendly, the had a small area to buy drinks from the vending machines which covered most things you may need including beer and wine. Generally good value for the money.
Disliked: Directions from T2 could improve as it is hard to find the first sign to assist you and when I called the hotel for guidance no one answered. The information desk at T2 had to assist us.
