Disliked: Room a bit too warm for me. Couldn't work out how to change the thermostat. Wouldn't let me lower the temperature.

Liked: Convenient for early morning flight. Pleasant receptionist. Clean. Quiet. Only complaint was bright lights coming from near fire alarm and thermostat…needed to sleep with duvet over head.

Perfectly placed.

Liked: Perfectly situated for an early flight from Terminal 3. Quiet and comfortable bed and plenty of plugs/ports to recharge all my gadgets ahead of the next flight.
Disliked: There's no need to tell everybody to close the shower room door. 1. If there's a queue, you've already heard the staff tell the person in front of you. It makes them sound inhuman if they're forced to repeat themselves.2. There's a bloody great sign in the room you can't miss.Change your smoke alarms to Carbon Dioxide alarms, or rely on the signs in the room.

Fit for purpose as a...

Liked: Location close to T2 and T3 at Heathrow and an express train to T%. Room was basic but comfortable and suitable for a short term stay intended to make it easy to take a flight the following day.
Disliked: Better food options would have improved the stay.

Liked: Comfortable and surprisingly quiet.
Disliked: Expensive.
