Wish front desk was better....

Disliked: The front desk receptionist was misserable to work with. Her attitude was poor and made the guest feal like their were a problem and that the guest needed to solve the problem instead us "let us" solve the problem.

Great place to stay when...

Liked: right next to SF airport, nice room, clean, hotel was very quiet. Check in and out was seamless.
Disliked: Nothing

We enjoyed a relaxing night...

Liked: A very handy place to stay when you have an early morning flight.
Disliked: The room was a bit small.
