Liked: Very well located. We were able to park our car at the hotel then enjoy walking to see the sights and enjoy great restaurants! Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Staff was efficient and helpful when needed to offer suggestions on where to go.

A great city center hotel...

Liked: Great location . City views from room . Staff were exceptional and great service . On site parking a definite plus .

Good location and facilities for...

Liked: Breakfast was very good as was the onsite restaurant. At the time of writing the restaurant offers a 4 course set menu for 42 Euros in addition to the à la carte menu, which was excellent value. The hotel is situated a short walking distance from the old town so perfect for exploring.

Modern and Comfortable Hotel Just...

Liked: The Aemilia Hotel is a modern and comfortable hotel located near the old city walls of Bologna and about a 20-25 minute walk from the Piazza Maggiore, in the center of Bologna. During our 5 -day stay, we often walked to the city center. We used Bologna as a base to visit other towns, and the walk to the central train station was also 20-25 minutes. The hotel offers all the services of a 4-star hotel, and the staff was very good. The hotel offered a good breakfast (included with our room) and convenient paid underground parking. Our room was nice sized and modern with a modern bathroom. The king-sized bed was comfortable and there was good closet and shelf space on the room. We enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: We loved it.

Recommended

Liked: Very clean and comfortable modern room, staff is very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is not located in the main area of the city centre, it is close enough that you can walk to most places, and it also well connected.
Disliked: Wifi was reliable but not super fast. It is not convenient for online meetings.
