Liked: Ideal location at Hammersmith and very helpful and friendly staff. Ideally located for staying after a QPR game. Walking distance.
Disliked: A quiet room would have been nicer.

Lovely staff but I wouldn't...

Liked: My daughter was going into have an operation so we booked to stay for 2 nights. When we arrived the man was very helpful and was lovely helped us with our bags etc. We settled in for the evening as my girl was due to be in hospital for 9am. By 12pm we was up we had a room with 3 single beds all 3 beds had bed bugs. I then reported to the 2nd man that was on shift he moved us to another room. BUT we couldn't rest we felt dirty and itchy so we left the hotel and went and stayed at the lump just up the road. I explained to the lady that was on shift the next morning and she was again very nice and kept apologiseing. I did compline and I received a full refund for both nights.
Disliked: Cleaner rooms and I didn't see any cleaning staff

Liked: Had to contact hotel before the visit and very helpful response. Location was brilliant for meeting in Hammersmith. Tea in room was genuine Yorkshire tea, which is always a bonus. Small room, but more than adequate for one person

Liked: They don't do breakfast or any food. The room was small to hot to noisy from the road. The bed was uncomfortable The pillows were not pillows.
Disliked: Every thing
