Disliked: it was very cold in the room (the heating was off, so it took a while to get warmer and it was January), the elevator didn't get to my room so my colleague had to carry her large suitcase through the stairs, my room windowed the internal backyard.

Disliked: 1. After 2 previous hotels (see my review of Prague's Josephine Old Town Square Hotel and Boutique Hotel Corso in Karlovy Vary), his hotel is wretched - very old, long time not renewed, small room with small bathroom (if one person is inside, the second one can't enter). No coffee corner and even a simple kettle is not there. BUT THE MOST TERRIBLE - there are a lot of rooms without an elevator!!! I booked the hotel with an elevator, but not all rooms are accessible by elevator and we were in one of them. I needed to drag 4 suitcases over 2 stairs with more than 20 steps by myself and no one didn't warn me!!!!2. Also, the noise isolation is terrible. I heard everything from the room near me and especially from the corridor.3. The breakfast is average, far away from being perfect.
