Disliked: Needs updating, and it uses keys. Our door stuck really bad and was difficult to get in and out.

Liked: great location, everyone is very pleasant
Disliked: The fireplace didn't work in my space and it was cold and there was no extra blanket. there was no-one to assist with the fireplace at night; though I was offered to move rooms, it was already after 9 and I was settled and didn't want to move. So that was disappointing as I had looked forward to it.

Liked: The location was easy to find. Parking is great! Underground private parking was safe and clean. It is close to all the shops and restaurants.
Disliked: The room smelled like old cigarettes smoke, the bed was hard and the pillows went flat. The fire place automatically shut off every 5 minutes and there was some kind of leak that dripped all night.
