Liked: Great location close to the beach. The facility was clean and staff was friendly! The only issue was that our room was not ready at the 4pm check in time, but staff got it fixed quickly.

Liked: Very friendly, affordable, very close to shops and the beach. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The free parking at the hotel was nice, since most places in town charges for parking.
Disliked: Overall everything was nice, but could have a few upgrades. The toilet was finicky, had to hold handle all the way down until fully flushed, and even then, sometimes it would just continue to run. The beds were ok, but not as comfortable as one would think. The only other thing I could recommend is a little more soundproofing. Most of the guests were pretty quiet, but you could hear most everything in the hallways....still though, Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Liked: Upon checking in I had to take pics of several things wrong in the room so it would be noted and I wouldn't be charged for it. It says property is under renovations that are much needed. Also only my opinion but the room was cleaned at. The walls in bath had dirt on them and the borders of the bath wall was dirty as well. The room was dusty. I believe whomever supervisors the cleaning staff should randomly go behind them and check. We slept on top of the covers the 1st nite and I had them change all the bedcovers the 2nd day. The sheets and bedcovers had stains as if they'd not been changed before we checked in. It is a highly used hotel and very popular with a convenient location. Would I stay there again, probably not. At least not until all renovations are completed. It was paid for in advance thru booking so we had no choice but to stay. It smelled musty and like mildew as well. If after renovations are completed and housekeeping ups their standards for cleaning, then yes I would stay there again. The staff was very friendly and courteous.
