Very clean, exceptional service and...

Liked: Excellent hotel for the price. Hot tub, incredibly warm pool, nice breakfast, free parking and wifi. The hotel is a bit dated, but the rooms are made much more modern, and they are very clean over all. Housekeepers are very attentive to ask if you need anything else in your room. The only comment is the beds are not the most comfortable, but they are clean with a good pillow selection! 30 minute drive into downtown Toronto. We will definitely stay here again.

Not for couples wanting King...

Liked: The very clean bathroom and the bedroom area but in the picture I was expecting to have a separate living room area like in the picture I was going to switch to the location that provides that but it was late already.
Disliked: The fact that it didn't have a separate living room for the King suite which I had four four nights during Valentine's Day and you would think they would have some kind of Valentine's Day deal paid for a full day when I paid 8am and had to be out 11am last day and the receptionist was rude they were Indian men when I got there had an attitude that I didn't like when I left the famale was very polite 4 out of ten
