Liked: The hotel ha no sound proofing. There was constant noise, including very early in the morning. It sounded like furniture was being moved above me, alongside being able to overhear conversations in the corridors and the use of showers in other rooms. Some form of bulding utilities could also be heard.

Quirky with great staff

Liked: The hotel itself was absolutely fine - quirky decor and wonderful, friendly staff. Single rooms are quite cozy but that is to be expected - if you like a little more space book a double!
Disliked: HOWEVER communication with booking.com was poor and I had issues with 3 of the 5 rooms booked, despite also sending emails with rooming lists and getting in touch with booking.com for the changes I needed to make. Two were name changes made months ago and two were date changes and I was sent between the hotel and booking.com customer service and still had an incorrect booking.
