Liked: Acceptable breakfast, but zero fresh fruit.
Disliked: Bed was too soft. Shower was dangerous as scalding water would arrive suddenly. Very dated.One colleague chabged rooms twice.Safety bars on elevator doors do not work.

Liked: The staff is good ans helpful, the design is cool and location is not bad for attending mico fair
Disliked: The facilities are older, shower and water faucet need to be fixedThere's a lot of noise on the lower floorsBlankets can be better

Liked: I was looking for hotel with car park, and relatively center of Milano but NOT close to central station. So location and carpark was my reason of selection. concept and design is fine.
Disliked: Bathroom shower powerful but lots of leakage. Heating system super weak even set 28drg at thermostats.

Disliked: Some ornaments were really weird, and also they mentioned some “cameras” but they did not further explain where they were located so that was kind of weird as well

Liked: Unique character of the hotel. Friendly staff. Good location.
