Liked: comfortable room , netflix built in tv, sauna was also available, good spot! My colleagues and I now usethis hotel when we come to London . Location excellent
Disliked: wifi was on and off at times..

Good location and staff, check...

Liked: Location and staff . Easy access to the underground, local shops etc. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom. It was not like any of the photos on booking.com. It was more like an old caravan bathroom. Extremely small and plastic, floors, wall etc. had to shower side on. I had trouble showering without constantly knocking the shower off, down, up etc and my husband is a tall well build man, he found it almost impossible to shower. I would not have booked this place had a known.

Fantastic stay, great hotel

Liked: Perfect stay, really great staff. The manager Kevin recommended a great bus tour and some fantastic local pubs, The Lord Wargrave is amazing!!

Area great!

Liked: People and service sublime . Area great near Hyde Park and London Paddington.Full hot English breakfast as well as continental, so had both! Used the sauna which was a massive plus in a 3 star hotel.
