A well located accommodation venue...

Liked: Near to the Paddington Train station.
Disliked: No lift. Room is clamped.

Would recommend

Liked: Staff are great, polite and welcoming. They gave us a choice of two rooms which was good and complimentary drinks on arrival and early check in ! Room was in basement a little hot but we asked for a fan and they supplied one !
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t the best pretty cold but overall a good stay.

Liked: Location. Breakfast was great. Staff was excellent!
Disliked: Stairs were a pretty steep climb. Not the most comfortable of mattresses.

Disliked: Our room was on the lower floor, meaning it was below ground level, and there was a bit of a ventilation problem. During breakfast hours in the morning, the smell spread throughout the building.

Exceptional

Great location in a quiet...

Liked: Great location close to the train and underground rail, close to shops and restaurants. The room was small, however, we did get an upgrade and appreciated a bit extra space. English breakfast was freshly made and served to your table. The area was quiet and we felt safe walking at night time.
Disliked: No lift, but we only had to go down one flight of stairs with our suitcases. Bathroom shower was small and curtain did not fully cover the opening, so some water escaped onto the floor. Pillow choices were not great, but they were okay.

Liked: Staff were friendly. Kevin the receptionists was a nice guy and very helpful. The lady from breakfast was also excellent at serving us breakfast.Room was very comfortable and warm when we comeback from freezing outside.

Home in Sussex Gardens.

Liked: Staff become friends who we will miss and have promised to come back to visit!We stayed at the Kingsway Hotel which is managed by same family and just next door.Location near Paddington station was perfect really. Excellent restaurants close by.
Disliked: It's an older building and what you may expect as such. It became home to us though.
