Disliked: We booked a four bedroom room for three people but were only given a room with a double bed and a single bed, meaning two people had to share the double bed. When trying to rectify the issue with the staff, they said it was our fault for advising that only three people were staying in the room and that they couldn’t do anything about it. We felt this was misleading on the hotel’s part.

Disliked: Breakfast here starts at 7 a.m. On my checkout day, I went to the canteen at 6:45 a.m. to have an early breakfast so we could check out promptly. However, one staff member (an older man) behaved very rudely and arrogantly. Because of his unprofessional behavior, my family and I will never visit this hotel again, and I am giving it a 0-star rating. That said, I did encounter some friendly staff, especially a young Asian lady who was particularly helpful.Another negative and shocking experience was that, without our permission, a staff member entered our room to clean while we were out. I hadn’t even placed the “Please Clean” sign on the door. We were shocked to find that someone had entered our room without authorization, especially with our valuables inside.
