My new favourite hotel in...

Liked: Very comfortable one bedroom studio. Has everything you need. Nice to have a wine bar and supermarket close by. Easy to get to by train or tram. We loved that they also had bikes to lend us.
Disliked: Nothing. The only thing I wished for would be a makeup mirror in the bathroom.

Loved it!

Liked: Loved the location, really family friendly.
Disliked: Wish there were more food options on the breakfast menu in the downstairs restaurant (though it was yummy!)We could not control the aircon, and had to get it reset a couple of times by the reception team. Reception team were amazing though and helped sort it remotely.

Unfortunate stay

Liked: The view was nice. The name on the TV was a good touch.
Disliked: Had staff come into the room without calling or warning to hand us a notice of a partying policy that wasn't explained to us when we checked as I had told the front desk staff we would be having a a few friends over for drinks before going to a new years event. It's very disappointing, and I won't be back for this reason.

Liked: the Restaurant food and service was great, like the historic feel and history-telling, good cafe at the bootmaker nearby.
Disliked: The window wouldn't close(9th floor still noise carried up), there were no face-cloths supplied, the lid on the electric jug was broken, no tea-towel, hair on the headboard, bit dusty.

Disliked: Could have done with a mini bar, bottles of water and more milk in the fridge (being picky) it was fine!!!
