Lovely apartment with everything you...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.The member of staff who cleaned our room on Boxing Day was outstanding
Disliked: The air conditioning was good but even though there was a control in the lounge it didn’t do anything which meant going to reception where they could adjust it online. It is a bit out from the city but the tram is right outside the door.

Liked: Breakfast fine and location perfect for what we wanted to do.
Disliked: Bench space in the kitchenette was limited and the cupboards hard to open. There was not much storage space in the kitchen but overall, the design was excellent.

We would go back.

Liked: The apartment was a great location for us. Clean and modern. Approachable, respectful staff. Great nearby services within a few minutes walk. Eg, tram, supermarket, coffee., cinema. We recommend the Pentridge Jail night tour, if you like history.
Disliked: Unfortunately the unique wine bar was not open during our five day stay.

This hotel met my expectations...

Liked: I did not try the hotel food as I had other plans. But from what I observed it was high quality. Onsite parking was great, loved the large area each vehicle had, and it was very secure. It also had EV charging stations.If your an early riser, you may get to see the hot air ballons landing a few kms north of the hotel, see photos...

Great staff and definitely worth...

Liked: Clean and had a beautiful view of the city.
Disliked: Directions on how to use the car park and pool wasn’t clear.
