Fine stay for a one...

Liked: Hotel was fine. Very hot, couldn’t adjust the thermostat below a set temp. Had to open the windows, the nearby construction was very loud with the windows open. Sleeping was very hard. Asked for extra blankets and pillows, was told no as we had the appropriate amount of each for the number of people in the room. That was really annoying, extra pillows and blankets isn’t a big ask.

Liked: The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are exactly as shown in the photos. I booked an apartment, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine in the room.Next time, I will definitely book a room at this hotel again!

Stressful check in but the...

Liked: Stressful experience to check in!!We got at the hotel at night after 22:00 and nobody told us that the parking was limited so we had to go to another parking 7 minutes away driving that the receptionist told that was the same price but was 40 euros per night!Then when i finally was going to check in the receptionist wanted to charge a different price from the reservation and if i didn’t had printed the confirmation they could had charged me twice for the city taxes! When i tried to pay in cash they told me that was not possible but i saw before that it was and the receptionist accepted after i insisted but he give me no receipt,cause told they were out of system they told they would send on my email but nothing and now im texting them and they refuse to answer me and send that receipt!!The second day of my reservation i was making a question for another receptionist and he told me again that i didn’t had payed for the city taxes and again i had to show the printed reservation!!I still wait for the receipt but no hope to receive!!

Liked: The flexibility of the staff and the whole environment.
Disliked: They wanted to charge us for the breakfast, which we had already paid in advance on booking. But we quickly managed to negotiate this and the situation was resolved.

Great experience with excellent staff...

Liked: Great service, great location (train station nearby), very clean and quiet room. Excellent breakfast. Went there on business with a conference in Messe Frankfurt. 5 minute walk. Big shopping center 3 minute walk with grocery store and food court. Couldn't pick better.
Disliked: Shower leaking a little.

Liked: The location is excellent, especially for those attending the ISH exhibition. It's close to a large shopping mall with a great selection of well-known brands and restaurants, and it's also not too far from downtown.
Disliked: In the afternoon, there are no staff services available, so guests need to pick up anything they need from the reception. Even if you order something for delivery, you'll have to collect it yourself. Housekeeping and room maintenance are only done every three days. Surprisingly, for a four-star hotel, basic amenities like a shaving kit, toothbrush, bathrobe, and slippers aren’t provided—things you’d typically expect at this level.

Liked: Don't leave anything behind, they take everything once you leave the room. I forgot to take my charger with me when I checked out in the morning, and when I went back in the afternoon they insisted they didn't see it, even though I knew it was in the room.
