Wouldn't stay again

Liked: The entrance is nicely decorated. Biscuits and coffee in the room was good. The pool area is okay in terms of decor.
Disliked: A few things let us down with our stay.The bathroom was not clean (within an hour of arriving we showered and the bottom of the white bath mat came up really dirty underneath showing that the floor was not clean). During servicing the room they didn't replace any towels. The bed and pillows were not comfortable, it was too soft and it was two singles pushed together with a big lump in the middle. Not a king as advertised. The Pool was freezing. The booking.com description says its heated. Yet it was very cold and staff member said it was 23 degrees - hardly heated!We ate at Gigi's one night and the food was very overpriced for what it was.Communication prior to, during and post our stay was excessive. Too many emails, phone calls, text messages. It was annoying.

Will stay again

Liked: Beautifully decorated, has such a good vibe, gorgeous swimming pool and facilities including gym and steam room. Loved the filtered water available on the property.
Disliked: Only that the bar was closed. Would have been nice to have a cocktail by the pool during the day.
