Amazing staff but hotel failed...

Liked: Staff were excellent.Location was great.
Disliked: Wifi was down all weekend. Make work and entertainment options for family challenging.Pool was closed our first morning, and roof was leaking all over the fire stairs to access the pool throughout the stay.Continental breakfast was the worst I’ve seen. Roadside motels in woop woop have better offering.Shower leaked in the bathroom and the bed wasn’t comfortable.
