Yeah nah.

Liked: The man on the desk was polite at check in.
Disliked: All around dirty. The building interior seemed like it was falling apart. The bedsheets smelled like they were smoking 40 a day.

Good

Liked: Location was incredible. Easy access to public transport (bues and trams). Easy walking distance to the botanical gardens and market. Accommodation was nothing flashy but exactly what we paid for. Great staff.

Unfortunately Would Not Recommend this...

Liked: Location is great
Disliked: - Room was very unclean with large patches on black mold throughout the bathroom, splatters of toothpaste, a used old soap bar provided and more.- Room was so dusty it was difficult to breathe at first- Surrounding common areas were also unclean and cluttered

One word...Bleak!

Liked: It was located close to transport, nice cafes and only a short walk to Rundle Street.
Disliked: The bathrooms are digusting! The whole hostel smelled of feet with shoes lining the corridoor. The carpets were threadbare and clearly no cleaning takes place. The bed frames were covered in grime, the electrical plugs were falling off the walls.

Look somewhere else

Liked: Location was in a quiter part of Adelaide and close to a number of cafes and small IGA supermarket.
Disliked: The office hours are incredibly limited and the reception is only open from 10-3pm and 5-7pm and is run by volunteers who it seems turn up and work when they feel like it, as on my arrival day no-one opened the receiption up until 10.30am. There is a mobile number you can call listed on the door, but I tried phoning it multiple times both in the morning when I was trying to leave my bag after 10am and then between 3.30-5pm (which their sign says to do if you are trying to check in) and no-one answered or returned any of my calls. Rooms don't have lockers or USB ports, there are power points but they are located at a distance from the beds and mattresses are foam. It seems that most people at the hostel live there judging by the number of work boots that were left out the front of the rooms, and my room had clothing racks and items scattered everywhere leaving very little space. Would recomend looking for somewhere else to stay.
