Lovely staff, but overpriced for...

Liked: The staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble. Even though I checked in very early, they still found a way for me to get access to a room. Dealt with several staff in my short stay and all were very helpful.
Disliked: For the price, rooms are quite worn and drab and the hotel facilities are very basic. The reception area is uninviting (apart from the staff behind the desk) and the street presence is poor. Traffic noise early in the morning (first floor room).
