Liked: Super lovely recently upgraded room for 3. The staff are outstanding & the everything was sparkly clean. Highly recommended. Easy access to public transit and some great little restaurants on the next street.
Disliked: Nothing to mention.

Disliked: Other guests noisy.

Good for an emergency, but...

Liked: The bed set up was good. Sheets were clean and beds were presented nicely. Staff were very friendly. Tv and wifi facilities were good. Close to other amenities like woolworths, sushi, burgerfuel, Massey university and the hospital.
Disliked: The room smelt musty and had a strange odor, there was mould all over the bathroom window, holes in the door between the bathroom and bedroom, my 3 year old found a used vape under the bed along with someone's food rubbish, the room was full of ants and there was accumulated dirt in several areas of the space that appeared to have had no more than a quick wipe at best. We booked three nights but only stayed two in the end as it didn't feel like a good healthy space for a child.

Easy, comfortable and convenient.

Liked: A very comfortable, and well-located motel. A little cramped for space, which was compensated with everything being, clean, up-to-date, and well-functioning. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It lacked a stove top, but the microwave and fridge were sufficient. Very close to a major supermarket (Woolworths), and a short walk to the village of Newtown, with funky cafes, restaurants, bookshops, and so on. Very close to Wellington Hospital. A short walk to a major bus route with regular buses into the city centre (10-15 minutes depending on traffic). Close to Mt Victoria, which can be accessed via walking or bus (with one change of route).
Disliked: There's a carpark for each room, but access can be a bit narrow. It's a busy road during the day, but relatively quiet at night. There's an empty lot over the road which may become a construction site at any time.
