Liked: Great location and peaceful and well laid out.
Disliked: The cleaners are poor. Having had experience with cleaners in schools I can say the ones the park uses would not have remained on staff with my college eg: put a wet towel on floor after shower and saw some water so wiped it and towel was dirty after a short wipe. The management need to go around the walls and floor join areas with their fingers and just see how much their fingers get dirt and stuff on them. Toilet under seat was also grotty and so I left it as was. Maybe if you looked at it now I feel it would still be so even after it should have been cleaned when we left on Saturday morning, unit #7.

Not even for the location...

Liked: Mature shade trees. Location is quiet but close to the city. Swimming pool was nice to cool off in. Nice walking trails in the park.
Disliked: The cleanliness was well under acceptable. The cleaner had the cheek to stick a sanitised sticker on the toilet that was covered in the previous guests urine and faeces. I could go on and on listing the filthy conditions. I spent two hours scrubbing the place to some kind of cleanliness after a 6 hour drive to get there. We were in Adelaide for an operation. This place was so disgusting I wanted to cry. I spoke with the lady on reception on our last day to explain how awful the conditions were and she was very kind and understanding and apologetic.

Liked: Beautiful setting, fabulous location great facilities
Disliked: I could never understand why people would score badly an accomodation location for bad internet. It seemed like nit picking. But I have to say the lack of phone reception and intermittent internet (we could only get internet on the balcony of our cabin) was extremely frustrating. It made contacting family and friends with whom we needed to contact re visiting almost impossible. The holiday park is so good, I love it there but I would have to consider my internet/phone needs before staying again.

Liked: Convenient, tranquil setting overlooking the Brownhill Creek reserve.
Disliked: People arriving and leaving while trying to sleep. Some maintenance shortcomings.
