Liked: Love the big castle look its a lovely place. We arrived late tho so didn't use the bar area. We had to nip out so didn't have breakfast the morning after. We have stayed here before it's affordable and welcoming. We especially come to see Robert an absolute sweetheart and always makes us feel so welcome.
Disliked: N/A

Great hotel, fantastic value for...

Liked: Great hotel, fantastic value for money, clean and tidy in a wonderful location.Superb staff in particular Robert who after I had left something of great sentimental value in my room went over and above to get it back to me, posting it on his day off.

Great place , relaxing place...

Liked: Everything was super surroundings very comfortable room Basic but all we needed and made us feel more relaxed taking our dog somewhere that has basic dog rooms but they were a lot better than some places so was very impressed
Disliked: Up 2 floors with a dog seemed a bit random as was along way to go especially when arriving and leaving with cases also but it is a beautifulPlace .

Liked: We like this place for a get away few days plus only ten minutes from the beach and the dog loves the open air walks
Disliked: We this was the first time we were told there wasn't enough guests for them to open up facilities for us so there was no bar open for drinks and no restaurant available for food witch I thought was bad considering a hotel is a hotel wether theres two guests or two hundred it's still a business. But a would go back again but maybe call up first and make sure theres going to be enough guests for the facilities to be open

Bad

Liked: The staff were lovely. The place has so much potential. However, the rooms are terrible. The furniture was broken. There are no bedside tables. The bathroom floor was revolting. The dinner was inedible. I get it's cheap, but there have to be minimum standards. Broken furniture, dirty rooms, and a dirty dining area are unacceptable.
