Liked: lovely staff. good location. Lovely big towels.
Disliked: The room wasn't as clean as the last time we were there. Marks on tea tray and room needed hoovered. Bed was clean.

Liked: Horrible experience no hot water, no shower working.. only 1 tap water water cold water.. no flush for toilet working.. don't why booking.com recommendeds this hotel .paid £52 for what. Should have spelt in my car .. would like my money back ...would you be email back regarding refund.

Disappointing and totally not recommended.

Liked: What a disappointment! The accuracy name is Britannia Adamton Country house hotel. Where do we start?The first thing - the staff is good but the rest is interesting. The property is old , dated and in need of TLC . I don’t have problem with the confusion of direction I can read map. But the bathroom is in need of repair. The photo will be too gross. The tiles were broken came out - no bath mat . There are 2 soap bars and god knows what inside the shampoo and washing caddy - it is definitely not the product. I used mine. The room itself - well, it is tiny and clearly had carpet changed with new paint- I considered myself as lucky to have seen some better state than the others horror stories here.
Disliked: Exactly , sentimentally what I said bar the staff.The internet is not available and unfortunately you have to pay 7 pounds a day if you want to use it .No signal - if you need to contact work or work - or wait for important email- the only place that can have the WiFi for free is at the reception.For the states of the hotel- I m not even want to spend a penny more on the hotel to be honest.
