It was comfortable and clean.

Liked: Location was good. Room was very clean.
Disliked: The bathroom fan was loud.

Liked: The place was clean
Disliked: The was terrible noise from Machinery in the hotel that was going on all night and I couldn’t sleep because of the extremely loud banging noises and people talking loud over the noise. It was awful.

Exceptional

Liked: On arrival, I was met with a courteous smile and helpful assistance, I canceled one of the nights as my husband had also made plans to surprise me, they treated with it very kindly, I also checked out abit late because it was my wedding night and we overslept but that also was well respective. We also got complimentary breakfast which was soo good for us as we were both nervous and didn't have the time to grab anything else. So thank you to the staff and kudos to you for having that well planned and organized. I also had ironing board, an iron, hair dryer, shampoo all complimentry. Thank you again.

Pleasant

Liked: Location was easy access to travel to and from. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast would have been nice to include milk and cereal and yogurt. The carpets needed cleaned.

Liked: Motel smelled - was not clean - staff not at service desk - didn’t feel safe - domestic across hall we left at 4:30 am -
Disliked: Motel is very dirty

Liked: The room was nice and the Lady that checked us in was really friendly and great to work with.
Disliked: The 3rd night there our grandson stopped by to see us and brought his very small dog with him to show us. WE were in the process of explaining to him that the hotel had a no pets rule when there was a knock on the door. It was the hotel owner and he was very rude, yelling at us to get the dog out of the room. It wasn't like we were trying to hide a dog in the room, he would not listen as we tried to tell him that my grandson was leaving and taking his dog with him and would not bring it back into the hotel again. All he could do is yell at us.. There idea of a breakfast is coffee, or orange juice made from Tang or some other frozen juice, a bagel, or a blue berry or chocolate muffin.
