Very good

Liked: A cut above most of the other hotels in the area. The staff are polite and professional and it's never a bother for them to store luggage before or after a stay. The interior has also had a bit of a refurb, and was never as tired looking as some properties at this price point in the area. It's also on a quiet side street while still being close to lots of pubs, restaurants etc.

Liked: A very nice comfortable clean stay with all the basics required and extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff.
Disliked: The TV and entertainment choices were limited and dated, had trouble connecting laptop to WiFi.

Lovely hotel

Liked: Lovely hotel, friendly staff and beautiful clean and comfortable room.Only slight issue is the window didn't open and the parking is on street metered. I didn't know this until I had booked.

Super, next time I will...

Liked: Centrally located, the room was fantastic. The owner, who seemed to do everything, was wonderful and extremely friendly.The breakfast in the morning was fabulous, Continental breakfast along with her home-made cooked breakfast with a choice of all the usual full English/Scottish ingredients
Disliked: Not a lot really, perhaps lacking a vending machine however there are so many shops nearby it’s not too much to worry about
