Great hotel - slightly dodgy...

Liked: The room, location and staff were all amazing and great value! I did not try the breakfast, but the lounge was very nice to sit in, and the 24/7 service was fantastic. The location can't be beat if you're coming to Vienna Hbf. Highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: The only thing, which was a big thing for me, was that the WiFi simply did not work in my room. I told staff on my first night, and it had not been fixed by the second night. Unfortunately I left the next day.

Very good location

Liked: We stayed here for the second time. And we would choose this hotel again. It’s very close to the train station and U-Bahn. The rooms are big enough for two, and the bed is comfortable. The pillows were a bit too soft though. The room and bathroom were very clean too.
Disliked: There is shower gel & shampoo in the shower, but not so good for hair. It’s better to bring your own shampoo.
