It was a brilliant stay,...

Liked: The bed was really spacious and comfortable, the pillows were very soft and easy to sleep on. The room itself was very large and the TV was a nice size and had YouTube so was able to watch anything.
Disliked: Every time we would run the bath, the ceiling above the shower would leak quite a bit of water.

We had a good stay...

Liked: It was conveniently located. Staff were friendly and professional.
Disliked: The hotel is a bit dated and lacked plugs and usb charging facilities in the room.

Over all good value for...

Liked: The Staff was really nice, friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or needed sth. For being rather understaffed they really tried their best to deliver a good and welcoming experience. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious enough with extra space for luggage. The location was perfect, very close to public transport (metro, bus, aerobus), so it was easy to get to any preferred location (sagrada familia, montjuic, city center, gothic quarter, etc)
Disliked: The Bathroom seemed in a bit of "forgotten" state, e.g there were dirty spots below the sink (which seemed more of a construction issue than a cleaning issue). The Spa experience couldve been abit better, the hamam cabine wasnt working. No slippers provided either. The Hotel seemed abit understaffed.
