Disappointed that I paid extra...

Liked: The area was convenient, and the room was clean.
Disliked: I paid extra for late checkout but couldn’t get back in my room because the keycard was disabled. The front desk was unattended and I had to stand there and wait for the cleaner to come by and letme in my room.
