Our stay was Ace!

Liked: Everything was clean and well thought out. The staff were attentive, friendly and showed great initiative. Everyone seemed to enjoy their work. Breakfast was great and our rooms very clean and comfortable. Thank you.

Very unorganised and unprofessional

Liked: The room was extremely dark, small and the lighting was hard to operate. Additionally to this there was a horrible loud noise coming from the air conditioning all night, making it impossible to sleep, but the room was so small and stuffy you were unable to turn it off as it was far too hot. To bring your dog, the dog fee was $120 also, which is quite high compared to other hotels. The mini bar had empty cans in the fridge, which we had to call reception to make sure we weren’t charged for them also. When storing our bags for an hour while we collected our car, the reception staff didn’t give us a ticket, and then was confused when we came to collect the bags about which one was ours. There was also no area to park out the front to unpack our luggage, despite the reception staff saying there was.
