Don’t try to sleep here

Best hotel in New York,...
Liked: Everything about the hotel was incredible from the staff, to the view in our room, to the cleanliness and comfort of the entire hotel! I loved that we were in walking distance from the subway and also to the Barclays center where we were seeing a concert. There was also a little bagel shop literally right outside the door of the hotel! We felt safe the entire time we were there!
Disliked: Nothing! It was perfect!

Clean, great design and comfy...
Liked: Great room and very comfortable bed. Spacious and well equippedn and great design. Small but good gym.
Disliked: We contacted the hotel a few days prior to our arrival (we booked long in advance) and they then informed us (only because i asked if i could reserve a table for one day) that the restaurant is under construction, but the kitchen is open and they would serve food and drinks in the lobby. But the problem with that was that unfortunately it was not possible to book any table (first come first served basis they said) which in real life meant the lobby was occupied by people with computers from 09.am until 6.pm, which made it quite difficult for us (paying hotel guests that have paid to stay in the hotel and use the facilities accordingly) to get any available space to eat during our stay. They have a long table that is suitable for people with computers that work remotely, why not limit the use of computers to this area and actually have a lobby for your guests? Especially when the restaurant is closed and you serve the food in the lobby? The service of the staff is also something that could be improved. I several times got the incorrect side for my breakfast order and no apology, just "oh". The shower did not have any good water pressure.
