Elevated design, excellent food and...

Liked: The design of the whole hotel is very beautiful. Our room had a beautiful view over Brooklyn and the size of the room was excellent, especially for New York which usually has tiny rooms.
Disliked: No complaints to be honest. Maybe they could have provided slippers (I'm sure they have them but they are not there by default)

A cute boutique hotel—slightly on...

Liked: The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Brooklyn, but still in a quiet, clean neighborhood.Parking was surprisingly convenient and reasonably priced, which can be hard to find in NYC. The hotel itself was spotless, and the rooms were spacious by New York standards. I loved the work stations in the hotel and the special touches. Overall, the ambiance of the hotel really stood out — it felt modern yet cozy, with a great mix of style and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again for its central location and comfort.

Liked: My husband and I have stayed at this ACE Hotel before. We really like the room, the layout, design, comfort. It's very clean. We also really enjoy the public spaces on the ground floor and use them, too. The design and lighting and access to food and drink are terrific. All very well thought out. And the staff are great, friendly, helpful.
Disliked: The only downside on this visit was our room was above the subway line and the noise was disturbing.

Hip hotel but no coffee...

Liked: Clean modern room. Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Fun vibe. Close to A C and G subway station.
Disliked: There was no coffee or tea in the room — that is such a basic amenity in my opinion. Huge miss. It’s also close to a dept of labor office so there were long lines of people waiting for unemployment checks on Friday which felt a bit sketchy as a solo woman walking, but there was a lot of security.

Great hotel in a great...

Liked: Clean chic and comfortable. I love that. There's a bar in the hotel and an amazing coffee shop right nearby and a bagel shop in the lobby with delicious sandwiches which is convenient for breakfast!
Disliked: My only complaint is that the bar drinks are expensive and the snacks in the room are overpriced. I paid eight dollars for a bag of chips! Client should be treated better than that!
