Great but need to drop...

Liked: Stay here once a month for work.Laid back with good staff.Comfortable rooms.Great hotel, well located.
Disliked: The hotel used to be such good value, but since adding a compulsory resort fee this place is expensive and there lots of other hotels that offer better value in the area. My hope is that the recent renovations do not increase the price. There are so many good hotels in PS. They need to stay competitive. Still love the place!

This once-trendy Palm Springs hotel...

Liked: The rooms, overall esthetics and location are solid.
Disliked: The property is aging and undergoing extensive renovations, with the bar and gym under construction until deep into 2025, resulting in significant noise from the work. Additionally, some features, like my fireplace, are not functioning properly. Overall, it’s not worth the money at the moment.

Liked: The decoration was great love the vibe.
Disliked: The staff and the the people the man at the front seat was awesome the red head seemed like she had a bad attitude and possibly racist.

Inconvenient location. Under construction. Overpriced.

Disliked: No hot tub. No gym. No hot water.

We really liked the Ace...

Liked: The location is great and we had a room with a patio and fireplace! It was a perfect little oasis which we loved. The restaurant is also very good. Coffee delivery was an awesome touch and the staff by the pool was top notch. The pool are is fun and drinks were tasty.
Disliked: There was a lot of construction going on, the hot tub was closed, along with part of the lobby and outdoor bar near the pool area. There was a two day private event happening right outside of our room which was very loud. In general there was a lot of disarray due to the renovations, and the chairs and tables by the pool could use updating.

Liked: Unfortunately the hotel is going into renovation/constructions and we didn't know...workers, constructions, noise, reduced spaces....I wish I knew, I would have definetely choose another time.I'm sure is going to be beautiful when is done!
