Liked: Wow.. what an awesome motel. Thank you so much! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved all the little touches and attention to detail. Ross was so warm, friendly and helpful! 5 stars all round :)

A hidden gem

Liked: Great location, close to Mavericks restaurant and walking distance to the Two Mile Bay Sailing Club. The property allows pets to stay for a small fee, which made this family trip more complete & memorable. The Cottage unit was warm & cosy, beds were very comfortable & made to a high standard. The courtyard can be gated off for pet security & privacy. The only small issue we had was the width of the driveway, having a small vehicle would be helpful in this instance. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed staying here and highly recommend to all.

Liked: Unit quite spacious compared to many others we've stayed in. Easy access to waterfront.
Disliked: Traffic noise - but you can't be near water and not be near the road.

Liked: Location. Just across the road from one of our favourite spots in Taupo - The 2 mile bay Sailing Club. Lovely spot for pizza & sunset drinks.
Disliked: The big cockroach in our bathroom.
