The only good thing about this was that the other person travelling with me did not mind too much sleeping on a pull out couch. I would not have done it and if it was up to me I would have demanded my money back and gone to find another hotel. I felt I was not given what I was promised.

Disliked: My reservation said 2 queen size beds with a sofa bed in the living room. I took that to mean I would get two queen size beds plus a sofa bed. But when I got to the hotel I got a one bedroom suite, with only one queen size bed plus the pull out couch. That is not what I was expecting. The hotel was full so we could not switch rooms. We were not happy about that. I had repeated many times that I wanted two queen size beds. I don't feel a pull out couch counts.

Disliked: We were on the 2nd floor we did not like the noise above us the stomping of their steps that were loud but after 11pm it was ok at least we got to sleep without any problem

Liked: The room was super comfortable and well thought out - with things like coat and hat hooks right at the door Staff were very polite and professional.
Disliked: Though there is a restaurant attached, it has limited hours and options so we went elsewhere to find breakfast. How about offering a simple continental breakfast in the Inn lobby?

Excellent location and value for...

Liked: My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay! The location makes it easy to get in and out of the city quickly, is about a 10 minute walk to Mayfair Mall and about a 20 minute walk to Save On Foods Memorial Arena, and is quite quiet in the late evening, even being just off a major street. There is ample parking close to outdoor stairways to upper floors. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and sofa, big TV, mini fridge, (maybe a microwave, too--can't remember!), coffee (pods) maker and kettle, and a sink outside the bathroom, which had a small tub and shower with good pressure. Excellent value for money, very friendly and helpful staff, and we will definitely stay here again!
