Loved our stay here!

Liked: Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the little touches, like the duck in the bathroom a.d the in room mugs (which you can purchase at the front desk). It was a great stay!

Bad experience - too expensive...

Liked: It was central and had easy access to everything. The facility had laundry, usable. Staffs were courteous
Disliked: We had a bad first night. The ac in the room was broken . They came at 11pm to repair it but it still didn't work all. The next day, after the whole day when we came back at night, the ac was still not working and the staff demanded us to start it, plug in etc. They then realized that it was broken and moved us to a different room. Ideally we should not be charged for our bad night but they refused to refund and asked us to contact booking.com. Apart from that, we called them several times to clean the room and nothing! No one cleaned the room for 2 full days.

Liked: No hot water. Very expensive for what it is. Room partial renovations are good, the rest not so good.

Liked: There was no breakfast.Location was very good. Easy access to restaurants and shopping.The person who greeted us when we first arrived was very welcoming.
Disliked: The carpet in the room. Thick rug/carpet is hard to monitor for cleanliness
