Nothing to complain about. Stay was comfortable; good location near the Italian Centre and Hwy1.

Liked: It was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and courteous.
Disliked: No low points.

Besides the two problems, I would stay there again if I needed to stay in that area. Not sure if I would recommend it to anyone else though, if I did, I would make sure to tell them of these issues.

Liked: Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Room had a slight smell of cat urine and they turned off free wifi at 8am on the day of check out.

Friendly and very helpful staff as well.

Liked: Free shuttle bus to and from concert.
Disliked: Some highway noise.

We'll always come back. Covenient location, good price, great restaurant.

Liked: Like that you have a shuttle service; Fridge works great; room was really clean.
Disliked: The shuttle was really late after the Whitecaps game; some type of chemical smell.

Liked: The Staff were great.Location was great. Room was great.Bed was a bit too soft, but was comfortable otherwise. I just like a firmer bed.First Hotel that the heat was perfect, almost too hot.Very cold in other Hotels I have stayed in the last 6 months.
Disliked: Being ground level there was people noise as they stayed close to their car to smoke.That didn't last all night thank goodness.My friend said he heard people partying in another room somewhere, which I was grateful that it wasn't near us.Nothing else.

Liked: Burnaby is awesome...breakfast was better than what the Hilton offers.
Disliked: Hot water wasn't hot enough day or night. Deskman almost gave me a 2 smaller bed room when I know I paid for a "King size bed".Also Deskman didn't go over the price, just wanted to grab my credit card & go. It's always good to get confirmation save from surprises. Next time I stay I want a upper suit not on ground floor with Hot water!!

Decent, basic, but nothing fancy....

Liked: The staff were very friendly and cheery. The room was clean although I think there should be a mat to wipe your feet as you enter from the outside right onto carpet on a rainy day.It’s like a motel such that the rooms are directly exiting to the outside. The price was decent for a king bed room but there was nothing extra- no little package like you get at some hotels with a few q-tips and cotton pads. No snack or wine bar.
Disliked: It was 11pm and since the parking lot was right outside our door, it was a tad noisy from time to time. Called the lobby to see if they had earplugs but there were none. My partner drove to a store and got some earplugs and snacks. Some hotel lobbies carry extra toothbrushes and earplugs and things like that, which is a really nice thing. I would rather that than the free yellow rubber duck Accent Inns provides.When we first arrived and turned on the light, nothing came on. We discovered that the one light was on low dim so we had to walk into the dark room and change the dim to brighter. I think they need to reconsider the lighting.All that being said, I slept really well and for the price, would stay again should I ever need to visit Burnaby again.
