Nothing to complain about. Stay was comfortable; good location near the Italian Centre and Hwy1.

Liked: It was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and courteous.
Disliked: No low points.

Besides the two problems, I would stay there again if I needed to stay in that area. Not sure if I would recommend it to anyone else though, if I did, I would make sure to tell them of these issues.

Disliked: The shuttle was really late after the Whitecaps game; some type of chemical smell.

Disliked: We were at the back of the hotel where a party was happening next door. It continued till 3 am. There was no security or anyone to report to.

Liked: Very convenient. They had cute festive lights up which looked all cozy.Their large magnetic scrabble tiles in the lobby kept my toddler entertained for quite a white.
