Would stay here again

Liked: Great location. Walking distance to downtown and shops, restaurants etc.
Disliked: Front desk staff not very welcoming. Seemed like we were putting her out when we asked questions. Coffee was offered all day but it was never made or available. This didn’t dull our getaway! Some people just aren’t friendly

Pleasant

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: A 10am checkout is ridiculous. They had Fox and Friends playing in the lobby during breakfast which made me want to gouge my eyes out.

Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

Alan Wed, 13 November 2024

Very Disappointed as it did...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Parking lot was very small and spaces tight…didn’t like to have to go out of the building for breakfast in the adjoining building ….the room was very small and cramped, the shower was very narrow and the toilet was crammed between 2 walls…we had to stand up to wipe ourselves!!! The breakfast was very scarce…no omelettes or other hot food. We had to ask for the bagels to be brought out, both days! The breakfast area was very small…the first chair I sat on was broken and I had to change chairs. I was overcharged for the small economy room: $150 per night ($301) as the rates in November were $99 + tax….we should have had a larger room for what we paid! Staff not very helpful…they gave me the name of a restaurant, Leary’s, which was closed for the season. They should have known that!
