Liked: Malik, working that night was helpful to understand the issue with the hotel. He showed me a neighbour hotel where I found good room
Disliked: Hotel conditions (smell) overall information on booking.com are different than real conditions of hotel.They provide room on the ground floor, which has moisture and smell. Furniture old has marks and stains. Not good value for price. I couldn't stay there because of mud and smell, called booking.com to cancel. My issue is not resolved yet because hotel and booking.com are not interested in returning payment. Anyway, photos and atmosphere are not like declared on the website.

Fantastic location near to iconic...

Liked: It was of a 5-minute walk to the metro station and near the Arc de Triomphe with some decent supermarkets, eateries and cafes nearby. It was also quite spacious when I was expecting tiny rooms and came with some basic amenities. The staff did some express cleaning every day even when I didn’t request to make up the room
Disliked: The elevator was designed only for 1 person with 1 large suitcase and I had a little trouble trying to get out of the elevator on the floor to my room because of the direction of how the door opens. I could hear my neighbor easily even though I had the corner room.

Malik is the best

Liked: The breakfast was amazing. I especially appreciated the host of the Hotel who worked the night shift. His name is Malik and if you get Malik, he’s the best. He will bend over backwards to accommodate your stay. He is the nicest guy ever.
