Liked: The staff were amazing—warm, accommodating, and always ready to help. The receptionists were especially impressive, responding promptly and efficiently to any requests. The area itself was quiet, offering a peaceful stay, and there were train stations nearby for convenient transportation. Lots of affordable places to eat nearby.
Disliked: The lobby bathroom was absolutely horrific—I’ve never seen a toilet that filthy in my life. While the rooms appeared tidy after cleaning, it was only surface-level. Despite staying for 10 days, a previous guest’s lip balm remained untouched under the nightstand, proving that housekeeping never properly cleaned the floors or corners. Additionally, the room had coffee packets but no coffee machine, which made no sense. The distilled water dispenser near the restrooms had such a weak flow that filling a 300ml bottle would take hours. Serves breakfast but breakfast only.

Liked: The room is a bit smaller than most hotels, but the floor is made of synthetic wood, much cleaner than an old dirty carpet. The bathroom was spic and span, modern and clean. This is very important for me. Whenever I can I choose this hotel and this was my 5th or 6th stay, Coffee, tea, water, and fridge were all very convenient to have,
Disliked: The wait for the lift in the mornings took too long. Can sometimes hear the neighbours
