Liked: What breakfast? Dining facilities were poor. Menu lame. Way too limited. If you are going to have a limited menu, it should be “standard“ foods.
Disliked: Method of operating elevator could have been explained verbally or by sign. Difficult to find light switches in semi darkness difficult to completely close shades. Dining facilities were really miserable. Either have a restaurant or don’t. No half assed facilities entrance to hotel hidden behind hotel.

Location great, felt very safe....

Liked: I really enjoyed the location. The front desk lady was nice and very helpful. I was watching TV at the bar after I checked into my room and she came over to ask how the room was?She was very considerate to a weary traveler. She definitely went beyond to make sure I was comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast.. I went to get breakfast after an early morning walk. A load of females rowing team were leaving at the same moment, none of the tables were being cleaned. No replenishment of any of the sweets was done while I was there. No juices were replenished..I sat with my coffee and no new fresh foods were added. It really was very disappointing since I had just returned from a trip to Lima Peru where I stayed at a AC hotel. I wish I would of taken pictures , but I didn’t

Liked: The front desk staff and maid manager was very helpful.
Disliked: I was charged for parking for three nights when our car was only there one night. I was dropped off, my husband was best man in a wedding so he stayed with the groom and spent only one night parking at the hotel with me. Maintenances had to repair the sink stopper wasn’t attached so water was unable to flow out

Liked: It's worth every penny. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Root top is an added plus. Walking distance to breakfast and restaurants.
Disliked: Nothing at all.
