Liked: The amenities that were offered. The fresh water, coffee, and lavender were all beautiful touches to the place. The employees were hospitable and helpful.

Utilitarian choice in good location,...

Liked: It was well located. The day manager Caitlyn was outstanding.
Disliked: The key card system was down the entire 2 days we were there, a staff member had to be available to take each guest to their room on each arrival. In addition on day 2. The room was not made up and we were informed the housekeeping staff was not available when we complained at 330 that afternoon.
