Comfortable stay for a good...

Liked: They have spacious rooms with 2 queen beds. There is a coffee maker, fridge, iron. Complimentary coffee downstairs. Nice modern shower. Good, comfortable beds.
Disliked: Breakfast in lobby where people walk through all the time. Lighting quite bright. If you walk into the bathroom at night, bathroom light come on automatically and are almost blinding.

Disliked: We arranged a reservation through Booking.com. Booking.com sent me a confirmation and listed how much they charged to my credit care. When we arrived the front desk of the AC Hotel by Marriott, they said that they had no reservation. They also said that they had been having similar frequent problems for other who used Booking.com. I could not find a phone number on my confirmation to call someone at Booking.com to find out what went wrong. The front desk person said that Booking.com had charged my credit card. Fortunately, they had a few rooms left and we took one of those. This problem with Booking.com happened to me a few years ago, and I thought it was a glitch. I will never use Booking.com again. In my opinion, your company is an incompetent scam.

Liked: The ease of check in and check out. The staff that we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom sink was backed up and not draining properly. The view of the parking lot was not a beautiful view. The decor looked like an IKEA SHOWROOM. Very boxy feeling and not warm and friendly.
