Completely perfect

Liked: Everything was perfect, I had a grin on my face for hours after we checked in because I was so blown away by the room and the bar and the pool. Perfect for our first night away, as we were travelling to different cities.
Disliked: Nothing

Awful - will be informing...

Liked: Girl at reception when i arrived was pleasant
Disliked: 1) I arrived 15 mins before restaurant closed - I was very hungry and staff ignored me for 30 mins only to (happily) tell me there was nothing available as restaurent closed.2) Bed in room came away from wall - so any major movement meant had to get out of bed to move bed back to wall3) Signposts to Elevators and Floors - as well as rooms were terrible...4) Hostesses at breakfast were rude as I wanted to pay there for it - seemingly a bigger problem than I expected - and coffee machine was awful coffee

Really frustrating

Disliked: Bed comes away from wall - was ignored for 30 mins in restaurant only to be told it had finished at 10 o clock and nothing was available. Really bad stay

Nice and clean but lacking...

Liked: Location was great, staff polite and facilities clean as expected.
Disliked: We were charged for premium internet even though we had no recollection of signing up for it. Room on the smaller side especially compared to other 5star hotel we stayed in in the proximity. Limited choices in the restaurant especially for a small child.
