Disliked: We had to pay for parking and that was not clear up front. We were handed a card for the garage, but it wasn't stated that it was $20. Not a big deal but this should be clear up front.

Excellent. I had stayed there...

Liked: A very good, modern, clean and friendly hotel. Everything was good. The room was clean and well designed. Coffee maker, safe, a fine shower. Friendly effective staff. 24/7 coffee, which was important for me because I had jet lag. I was up at midnight. There was coffee and a wonderfully comfortable, bright lobby. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Great hotel

Liked: Helpful staff, clean space, connected to an external restaurant
Disliked: No complaints about the hotel itself. The signage from the parking garage is unclear and we, along with the other guests arriving at that time, ended up across the street and down the block, dragging our luggage through the snow.
