Fancy and downtown

Liked: Good location downtown.Valet parking.Very nice breakfast.The photo and design books in the lobby compensated for the city view I payed extra - being a view inside the building complex from 13th floor.
Disliked: the advertised city view was offices in a small court.

Disliked: Too much single-use plastic! And the fridge isn’t cold enough to store food safely

Liked: Traveling for college tours. Location was great. We walked everywhere. Lots of restaurants nearby and a Budget car rental right around the corner for our next destination. Helpful desk staff. Nice facilities. Good space to hang out and work downstairs if that is your thing. Comfortable room. At last a hotel room that sleeps 4 and provides room for luggage for more than one person.

Liked: Location. Daily cleaning. With one minor exception, good staff.
Disliked: I would have loved a bigger rain shower or more water pressure in the shower. I am a medium framed person 5ft 3, 150 lbs. I found I have to hold one shoulder and the other under the shower separately. It was not a deal breaker but I noted it each day as I had a shower. Also the location of the coffee maker is very inconvenient. It needs to be at the lower level for those closer to five feet tall vs six. I requested a kettle to make tea but never got it.

Liked: I booked the hotel in advance, they refused to let me in because I was not 21 years old. Nothing about this is indicated on the website at the entrance, the manager was very unfriendly and did not try to resolve the situation
