Modern hotel at a great...

Liked: The location of the hotel is great. It is in walking distance of various tourist attractions and close to downtown. The room and bathroom are very nice and modern. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and great view from the rooftop. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The coffee bar and snack market in the lobby are awesome amenities. The valets were very quick with parking and bringing the car around.
Disliked: The mattress was very uncomfortable and the bedding was very cheap. The mattress cover was too small for the king size bed and kept coming off the mattress.We had to request to get the room cleaned and the trash emptied after two days, because the cleaning crew didn’t clean the room. The breakfast was not very good and not worth the money that the hotel is charging for it. The food at the breakfast buffet was covered with fruit flies. The dinner menu at the restaurant is very limited and does not have a lot of good options. We only ate there one time during our four day stay.I find $60 per day for parking for hotel guests quite expensive.
