Liked: Not much. I am from Orlando, FL and expected much better customer service at the nicest hotel in town.
Disliked: I had over $10,000 in rooms booked for the upcoming Legislative Session. All I wanted was to use a microwave to heat the food my spouse packs for my travel once a day at night, not even multiple times. I was told it would be $15 a night for a microwave. I graduated from Rosen School of Hospitality at UCF. There is in no way, shape, or form that Marriot would want $10,000 in reservations to be canceled over a $50-60 dollar microwave. Yet, that is exactly what happened.

Liked: As much as it cost to stay at this hotel, parking should be free, breakfast should be free and those two things made me realize that I will not be back at this hotel.
