Not a great value for...

Liked: Great location, just a bit overpriced-
Disliked: Felt like the overall value was just not there, especially when you add in $40 a night parking ( 10 ft across the street its $20) and the additional cost of the breakfast, which within 50ft you have amazing local selections you can get for a fraction of the hotel cost. The noise and overcrowded conditions due the roof top restaurant can be overwhelming on the lobby and elevator traffic. I also found waiting 20 minutes for my car to be brought around was a bit excessive as did the other 5 people waiting on their own vehicles.

Disliked: ac Was broken & the fridge was leaking. Maintenance came to “fix” an issue that reflected a low battery on the thermostat. The thermostat still reflected low battery when we got back to the room at midnight. They had us move all of our stuff to the lobby to switch rooms. Very inappropriate considering they charge so much more for the room. No apologies or extra was done to accommodate the issue
