Liked: Staff brilliant! Helpful - thoughtful. Restaurant lovely too. Room l did not have a great view but l slept well.

Disliked: Can’t use stairs from lobby to first floor with rooms. Claustrophobic guest was forced to get in the elevator rather than be able to walk up one flight. Hotel apologized but had no other options.
