Great place to stayin west...

Liked: Great room, spotless and. Dry comfy bed. Micro, safe, mini fridge, awesome. Very quiet.
Disliked: No parking, either had to lay 50$ for Bailey, or public parking across the street, 15$, but no in and out

Could have been a better...

Liked: The room and lobby was nice and cozy
Disliked: There were some issues when I checked in. A guy, who claimed to be the cleaning person was in my room watching tv and eating chips when I entered and the room smelled like skunk. So I asked for a different room, because I didn’t feel comfortable about staying in that one.They also charged me with a deposit fee which has still not yet been refunded, although I checked out two weeks ago. I’ve emailed them about it but hasn’t gotten any reply so far.

Liked: I had a meeting at the Sonesta hotel so the location was very good.

It was a decent stay.

Liked: I liked the room we were in. It was relaxing without distractions because we were off to the side. The gentleman at check-in was nice, and he made us laugh. He has wonderful people skills. KEEP HIM!
Disliked: My bed wasn’t clean as it should’ve been. There were a few crumbs in the sheets, but I slept on my own blankets. There was also white residue on the left side of the curtains. It was probably overlooked, but it wasn’t a major problem. I also thought that $18 was a bit steep for a small waffle since I booked based on free breakfast. I wasn’t aware of the price for an omelette or waffle when booking. The hostess/ server want the worst, but the tables weren’t clean. He did come to clean the tables, but once he realized we weren’t buying hot breakfast, he didn’t say anything to us.
