Liked: Great location for my conference. But honestly it was the staff who were just super awesome and friendly!! And the fresh cookies every afternoon were a nice treat to come back to. It was the little things.
Disliked: Nothing it was great

Liked: CleanFriendly staff, Chris was amazing! He deserves a raise in my book. Always greeted us personally when we walked in and out a smile on our faces.
Disliked: The view from the room was a little lackluster. I was hoping for a little more for $290/night. I would be willing to pay that or even more if valet was included. $55/day seems steep for valet when the hotel is already pricey. The hidden fees were very frustrating. I was overcharged $140 for “incidentals”. My fiancé and I aren’t swimming in money so not having that $140 definitely made us change our plans so we didn’t get the most out of the trip. When I see a final price “including taxes and fees” I expect to pay that much. Not more, not less. We also couldn’t get a straight answer from the staff about the extra charges. I’m not blaming the staff, they were great, especially Chris. It just goes to show there is a gap in communication from sales/management to the staff.

Liked: I always select this hotel when traveling to Bellevue. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The hotel had an incident where the room keys were not working, but this was handled very professionally by your team.
Disliked: NA - This doesn't apply to me as I had NO issues during my stay.
