Horrible, absent minded staff at...

Liked: Nice clean well designed interior
Disliked: We went downstairs after our first night to extend our stay for 1 additional night (3 total) in our double queen room, paid in full. Come to find out the next day around noon, while we are not on site, that the dimwit at the front desk booked us for A SECOND ROOM (a single King at that) on our second night and wanted $600 for the third night instead of the $250 we had agreed upon and PAID IN FULL. While were refunded in full for the room we never even entered or knew we had, we were out of a place to stay unless we wanted to allow ourselves to be brutally price gouged.

Disliked: Rooms felt dirty, towels weren’t white, lobby carpets at seating area were dirty as well as furniture. Out of my 4 nights of staying there no housekeeping came to my door. Had to go out of my way to ask for more toilet paper and towels even though I left the sign off
